Alternate Transportation

On Santorini they say: There's more donkeys than people, more churches than houses and more wine than water.
We had the unique experience today of riding the donkeys down the side of the cliff.  Then we rode to cable car back up the cliff.  There was a bit of compromise among the Brown women over who was going to actually do the riding.  In the end everyone had fun doing both.  Lee walked down the cliff steps on his own two feet and was our official camera man.

At this point we were about halfway back up the cliff.

See me clinging to my sweetheart?  I'm not a big fan of dangling from wires, ropes, cables etc... I will admit though that the view was amazing.  All of our Greece pictures will be in the Picasa Photo album.

This was about halfway down and yes it is as steep as it looks.

Holly was thrilled with the whole experience.
I think that she and Gracie were the two that were relaxed enough to look around and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Our rides down.

Oh, that looks like so much fun! And what a beautiful little villa - all the white washed walls... Wow, Rebecca. You are so blessed! And, of course, the mule ride - now that is just over the top for me. :)
