I've completely lost every bit of the organization that was going on here on the blog. I guess that's what happens when husbands come home after being gone for 7 months. Plus, it may have a little something to do with the fact that I have the organizational skills of a gnat. Just keep that in mind over the next few days when my posts are in no certain order.
Yesterday we went to Busch Gardens for the first of many times this season. Diana and Sami, our friends from Arizona were here to enjoy the fun with us.
Lee and I are sick with nasty colds and Diana is a roller coaster chicken, so we left the thrill riding to the kiddos. Instead, we adults ate our way through the day. Haven't you ever heard of feed a cold, starve a fever? We fed our colds VERY well.
Sami, Caitlin, Holly, Abbie and Baylee on the front row of the Griffon. They are about to plunge 200 feet straight down. Meanwhile we enjoyed frozen lemonades, a turkey leg and a soft pretzel.
One of the many BEAUTIFUL Clydesdales at Busch Gardens.
Here's some of the kiddos in the knotty tree that is in the Ireland section of the park. For lunch we ate in Italy. Canneloni Sampler, jello with cool whip, chocolate fudge cake, breadsticks, strawberries, and salad washed down with a lemonade of course.
The girls decided to take it down a notch and go for a ride on Corkscrew Hill. The adults went over the The Smokehouse Grill with other friends to sit with them while they ate lunch. We couldn't let them eat alone so we shared a funnel cake.
