We have arrived in Naples, Italy. Currently we are lollygagging in the Mac terminal awaiting our next flight to Souda Bay, Greece which is on the island of Crete. The flights so far have been very smooth and uneventful. We have eaten supper twice in the last 12 hours and taken a few little cat naps along the way. Our internal clocks are spinning out of control at the moment. Time traveling is beginning to take its toll. Maybe we need a constant. Hopefully you Lost fans got that reference.
This photo is not nearly as impressive as it was to see in person. When we were descending for landing in Lajes Cailtin looked out the window and saw this. Right in the center of the photo (the darker spot) is the top of a volcano poking out above the blanket of clouds below us. It was SO cool to see.
